Below is information about the two spaces I'm considering for the gallery. Both have great parking, are less than a 10 minute walk from a Gold Line train station, and are on the far west side of Pasadena directly accesible from freeways.

GALLERY SPACE #1:
980 S Arroyo Pkwy
Funky office building right at the main entrance to Pasadena where the 110 ends.

In this space the main gallery is bigger but the ceilings aren't that high. Has concrete floors and ceiling.

Main Gallery: 425 square feet (18.5 x 23) / 9.5 foot ceilings
Secondary Gallery: 50 square feet
Reception: 125 square feet
Office/Storage/Extra: 200 square feet

GALLERY SPACE #2:
408 S Pasadena Ave
Office/industrial building with high ceilings/two stories. Big, but more expensive -- would initially require subletting an artist studio upstairs.

The main gallery in this space is smaller, but the ceilings are very high. Has concrete floors and exposed ceiling.

Main Gallery: 300 square feet (14 x 21.5) / 17 foot ceilings
Secondary Gallery: 75 square feet (could be expanded later)
Reception: 160 square feet
Office/Storage/Extra: 750 square feet
