loop sampler manual

-------------
Overview:
-------------

There are two modes, performance and sequencer. Performance mode plays
whatever loops are turned on in the ON/OFF column. Sequence mode plays
the programmed sequence.

Note that the program only works with WAV files and does not support
any sort of directory structure. All WAV files must be placed in the same
folder as the program itself.

Getting started:

1) open the program

2) press F1 to select a sample to use. Type the name of the WAV file
without the .wav extension and hit enter. The WAV file must be in the same
folder as the loop sampler program EXE file.

3) press M to put the program in performance mode.

4) turn on the first track by pressing 1. It will start playing a loop
from the beginning of the sample.

5) make sure the cursor is on the first row in track 1, and press F12 to
randomly select a sample start point. Repeat pressing F12 until you
find an interesting loop.

6) from this point, try turning on other tracks and setting up other
samples. You can also adjust the loop length and volume. mix and match
samples until you have some interesting results.

7) start building a sequence with the loops you've created.
