I'm Paul Slocum, the guy behind this thing. I'm a Dallas-based new media artist
and show work
and perform regularly in New York, Europe, and all over the place. I also run
And/Or Gallery with Lauren Gray.
Digital art is maturing and there is a large body of great work out there, and it's time
this work made its way to Dallas. Printf is an official name and website
for my attempts at that. Right now it's primarily a mailing list, but hopefully
it'll grow into something more than that, with more events and more ways to
build a community of people in Dallas who are interested in this kind of work.
